The type of shed structures offered by our company is a kind of alternative to the shed structures erected using the traditional method, i.e. made of hot-rolled sections. The shed structures in which our company has expertise are based on the use of cold-formed profiles, which allows to obtain material savings of about 25 to 50% in relation to traditional shed structures, and thus a significant reduction in construction costs. Using the above method, shed structures of different spans, usually up to approx. 30 m, can be erected (greater spans are also possible using appropriate structural systems). In addition, it perfectly meets the requirements for light shed structures intended for warehouse, production, agricultural, farmstead, and other areas.
The technology of design and production of our shed structures is based on the application of European Eurocodes, which allows them to be called “modern sheds”. Depending on the Project Owner's needs, our shed structures can be adapted for operation under additional loads from hoist beams or small overhead cranes, if such is the Project Owner's demand for the use of these process solutions in their plant.
In order to meet the appropriate load-bearing capacity of thin-walled sections used for the construction of our shed structures, it is required to use anti-corrosion coatings in the form of hot-dip galvanising, which allows to obtain excellent anti-corrosion properties of the shed structures we erect.
Standard solutions used in the construction industry, i.e. light enclosures made of sandwich panels (with expanded polystyrene, polyurethane or mineral wool core), enclosures made of commercial interlocking panels, sheet metal enclosures, etc., can be used for enclosing shed structures proposed by our company.
